Hi everyone! 

Just a polite reminder that if you need to cancel you appointment please try and do so atleast 24 hours before.

I am now implementing a cancellation charge for appointments cancelled with less than this without permittable reason. 

There will also now be a charge for appointments that have failed to attend.
